The Waterproofing Toronto team found old clay weeping tile that was completely blocked with debris when the waterproofing crew was working on a foundation crack repair in a North York Toronto home. The clay drainage tile was then removed by breaking it apart and removing each piece. Then the waterproofing crew added a modern drainage system with perforated weeping tile and 3/4 crushed gravel to have the best drainage potential.
