The Waterproofing Toronto team responded to a call in the Rexdale area of Etobicoke where a basement leak was occurring. The waterproofing team discovered there was a major foundation crack that needed to be addressed in this older foundation wall. The foundation crack was pretty big and needed to be addressed immediately so the waterproofing crew got to work doing a full exterior waterproofing adding hydraulic cement to the crack to completely seal it. Then the rest of the exterior waterproofing system was added to a roughly 10 ft area adding new drainage tile, waterproofing membrane, and a window well.
